COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

HENEFER TOWN, INC will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2020. The project will include radio read water meters throughout Henefer and also rehabilitation of the Franklin Canyon Spring. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. on May 5, 2020. The public hearing will be an electronic meeting via zoom. Further information can be obtained by contacting Shelley Richins at 435-336-5365. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Shelley Richins at 150 W Center Street, Henefer, UT at least three days prior to the hearing.
