PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

HENEFER TOWN COUNCIL

DECEMBER 3, 2024

 RESOLUTION 2024-58

 A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A NEW FUND FOR SECONDARY WATER (FUND 53) AND TRANSFER RELATED FUNDS FROM CULINARY WATER TO THE NEW FUND.

Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on December 3, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Henefer Town Office Building, located at 150 W Center Street, Henefer, UT.

The purpose of the meeting is to adopt Fund 53, a secondary water fund account and transfer related funds from the culinary water fund to the secondary water fund.

Comments can be made in person at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing to Henefer Town Inc., P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT  84033, prior to 4:00 on the day of the public hearing.  If you wish to make a comment, please contact Shelley Richins at Henefer Town Building, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT  84033 or call (435) 336-5365 to be placed on the agenda.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Henefer City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
