HENEFER TOWN
-The HENEFER TOWN INC is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
-The HENEFER TOWN INC tax on a $552,000 residence would increase from $142.08 to $145.73, which is $3.65 per year.
- The HENEFER TOWN INC tax on a $552,000 business would increase from $258.34 to $264.96, which is $6.62 per year
.- If the proposed budget is approved, HENEFER TOWN INC would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 2.89% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
- All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.

Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 6, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Henefer DUP Building located at 67 N Main Street, Henefer, UT.
The purpose of the meeting is to adopt the 2024 - 2025 budget.
Comments on the budget can be made in person at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing to Henefer Town Inc., P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033, prior to 4:00 on the day of the public hearing. If you wish to make a comment, please contact Shelley Richins at Henefer Town Building, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033 or call (435) 336-5365 to be placed on the agenda.
